Summary for EVEning Shift, January 28, 2000 (Fri.)
On Shift: Earl Swallow + DJ, RK, ...
Completed several walk-throughs and all seems well (except for the
absence of water for human use). Doug J covered a couple hours mid-shift.
RK did some 800 GeV UCAL offline analysis -- calls attention to
low-energy bump -- see Logbook. Gas check completed at ~23:00.
We note SDAQ reports that ENGTOT-EW is slightly outside limits.
Accelerator progress looks good: TEV turned on and achieved 800 GeV to SY
dump. MI slow extraction studies moved forward.
KAMI Log I, pages 160-162.
