Overview of shift:

Fairly steady beam, though the SEM snuck up to ~7.2E12 for a little
while. Then we got DAQDEAD_SEC out of limit errors and ktev1 died.


Description of Shift:


14231____50_______0020_______DC4X, the last card shows every other channel
_____________________________as being dead. This is fixed by a KFREND.

14231___162_______0306_______DAQDEAD_SEC out of limit error shows up for
_____________________________the first time. We try to debug it, but can
_____________________________find nothing obviously wrong. SEM is fine for
_____________________________most spills.

14231___210_______????_______SEM is at ~7.15E12 so we call MCR to fix it.

14231___243_______0445_______Notice that DDD1 Veto is on. Ktev1 is dead.
_____________________________Save online histograms, change tapes, and
_____________________________reboot ktev1.

14232_____________0518_______Start new run, no evidence of DAQDEAD_SEC
_____________________________errors. Could it be related to the eventual
_____________________________death of ktev1?!?
