Description of Shift:

run spill time comment
13739 ~50 08:42 Beam returns.

~180 11:30 Low beta quad trip, beam lost.

~210 12:00 Beam returns, SEM reads > 1E13. Call MCR,
QXR related problem. Beam gone. Ed B. notified,
probably anomalous readings do to scattering of
beam. Trigger rates and DC currents confirm
SEM is lower than reported (lower than nominal
in fact).

12:20 Beam back, very poor. Slow ramp up, then abort
half way thru spill. SEM still reads 1E13.

13:05 Beam gone.

13741 14:20 Start special LASER_SCAN_4RICK run 13741.

14:45 Stop run.

13742 14:53 Start LASER_SCAN run 13742.

Follow up for following shift: Check SEM when beam returns.
