Description of Shift:

******* First hadron beam for KTeV99! *******

00:00 NM2EU problem continues, no time estimate for beam.

01:00 Beam is back. The first hadrons were observed at RunNum 13230,
Spill=119.
01:07 Beam interrupted by NM2EU again, after getting three
spills.
01:25 Beam is back (spill 137).
01:45 Stop run 13230 to do a fresh start.
02:00 New run 13231 starts but beam goes away.
No beam expected for the rest of the night due to a power supply
failure..
02:15 Happy non_shiftee collaborators off to a pancake celebration!
03:25 MOOH power supply problem. No estimate for beam.
05:00 Stop run 13231.
05:25 Start a long laser scan run 13232.
06:05 End of the laser scan.
